- One hour consultation one week prior to event to finalize details.
- Customize a detailed wedding day timeline for your event and ensure that all vendors receive a copy.
- Assist with design ideas and floor plan layout.
- Confirm all vendors the week of the event.
- Two hour ceremony rehearsal coordination.
- Full coordination and facilitation on the day of the wedding.
- Greet vendors and oversee the setup in order to make sure all vendors are fulfilling their contracts.
- Set up the guest sign in table, cake table with champagne flutes and serving set, put out place cards and seating chart and guest favors.
- Processional line up.
- Keep you, your family, and the wedding party on schedule.
- Handle additional behind the scenes issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with the band or DJ ensuring smooth transitions as the event progresses.
- Take gifts, toasting flutes, cake serving set, cake topper and any other personal items to designated car for safe transportation home.
